The grinding process
Step 1
Grind the saffron filaments with a suitable mortar and pestle.
Step 2
Steep the ground saffron in a little hot water for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the liquid from the soaked saffron to your food or drink.
Step 4
Add some beautiful whole filaments as decoration.
